How do I place an order?
Browse the Shop tab, add items to your cart, then head to Cart and tap "Place Order." You'll be asked for your username (used as your order reference), and we'll send you a PayNow QR with the exact amount right in this chat.
How do I pay?
We accept PayNow and card payments (via Stripe). Pre-orders are PayNow only. For PayNow: After checkout, we send a QR code with your order amount and reference pre-filled. Once paid, send a screenshot of your payment back in the chat and we'll confirm it.
How long does shipping take?
Local orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
What's your refund/return policy?
We do live rip & ship - all sales are final, with no returns or refunds. If your parcel is lost or tampered with in transit, we'll liaise with the courier company on your behalf for compensation; you'll need to provide an unboxing video as supporting evidence for the case. Any exchange or refund request is considered on a case-by-case basis.
How do I consign my cards with you?
Head to the Consignment tab under Browse on the Home page for full details. In short: message us and type /consign to register, then /submitcard whenever you have a card to send in. We'll walk you through our terms when you sign up.
How do I check my order or payment status, or reach you with a question?
Just message us directly in this chat with your order reference (your username) and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
